Laura joined the Bits to Energy Lab in Mai 2023. She holds a B.A. in psychology (2016-2019), a B.A. in biology (2018-2022) and a M.Sc. in clinical psychology from the University of Vienna (2019-2021). Her master’s thesis focused on the relationship between listening to music, chronic stress and skin barrier recovery. During her work as clinical psychologist (2021 – 2023) and her further training as behavioral psychotherapist she gained a deep understanding of the human psyche and behavior.
Laura is interested in the design of digitally transformed information systems with a focus on underlying cognitive aspects and behavioral outcomes. Currently her research focus lies on behavioral interventions to foster knowledge sharing on CRM-platforms among sales representatives.
